No, we operate strictly as a commercial production studio. We handle 100% of the creative production process: concept mapping, lighting, filming, and advanced editing. Once completed, we deliver the final, high-resolution digital masters directly to you. Your internal team, marketing director, or social media manager handles the actual distribution and caption writing.

To allow ample time for pre-production planning, asset strategy, and scheduling, we recommend booking your shoot at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. If you have a time-sensitive commercial launch or an upcoming grand opening, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

We understand that managing operations can get chaotic. You can reschedule your production block up to 72 hours before our scheduled session without penalty. Because we secure multi-hour windows and turn down other commercial projects to reserve your date, modifications made within the 72-hour window are subject to a rescheduling fee.

• The Cinematic Brand Profile & Bundles: Delivered within 10 to 14 business days due to the advanced narrative editing, sound design, and color-grading required.

• Monthly Media Retainers: We establish a structured, rolling calendar so your business always has a fresh batch of visual assets in hand well before your monthly posting schedule begins.

To secure your production date on our master calendar, we require a 50% retainer deposit upfront. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the shoot before post-production editing begins. For our monthly media management clients, retainer billing is automatically processed on the 1st of each month.

Your business does. Once the final invoice is cleared, we grant your company full commercial usage rights to the final delivered assets. You can legally utilize them across your website, social media feeds, corporate email newsletters, presentation decks, and paid advertising campaigns indefinitely. We only retain the right to showcase the completed work within our professional media portfolio.
